摘　　要：高职高专人才培养的定位是培养实用型人才。为了实现高职教育的目标,教育部提出了把工学结合作为高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点的重要指导。课题组通过对以往高职高专保险专业人才培养过程进行剖析和对保险公司、保险市场的调研总结,提出了高职高专保险专业工学结合的多种实现形式。The target of personnel training in vocational colleges is to cultivate practical talents. In order to achieve the objective of higher vocational education, the Ministry of Education introduced the combination of working and learning is the important entry points for the reform of the talent training mode of higher vocational education. The paper first analyzes the status quo of personnel training of insurance major in vocational college and the investigation of insurance company and insurance market, and puts the implementation of combination of work and learning of insurance major in vocational colleges.
