摘 要:对脐腹小蠹幼虫坑道和成虫羽化坑道真菌进行分离培养,共分离鉴定出真菌18属。其中,从幼虫坑道中分离到12属真菌,从成虫坑道中分离到真菌10属。幼虫坑道和成虫坑道所分离到的真菌种类组成有所不同,幼虫坑道真菌种类较丰富,二者共有的属4个,幼虫坑道特有的属有8个,成虫坑道特有的真菌6属。茄腐镰刀为脐腹小蠹虫坑道优势真菌,在幼虫坑道、成虫羽化坑道中的平均分离率分别为98.84%、67.50%。The bark beetle larvae and adults gallery fungi were isolated and cultured.The results showed that there were 18 genera totally,12 genera in larvae gallery,and 10 genera in adults gallery.The composition of fungal species isolated from larvae and adult gallery was different.The fungal species in larvae gallery was richer and the number of common species was four,the exclusive species in larvae gallery was 8 genera and 6 special fungi genera were in adults gallery.Fusarium solani was dominant species in Scolytus schevyrewi gallery fungi.It occurred in a higher percentage of about 98.84% and 67.50% from infested larva and adults gallery,respectively.
