种衣剂对玉米种子活力及生长发育的影响

摘　　要：为研究种衣剂在玉米生产中的应用效果,通过采用室内发芽和田间试验方法,研究种衣剂对玉米种子活力及生长发育的影响。结果表明,种衣剂包衣玉米种子发芽势、发芽率低于对照,而活力指数、出苗率、根条数、植株鲜重、株高、茎粗与对照相比都有所提高,能有效增加穗粒数、千粒重,降低缺株率,提高产量。通过试验研究证明,种衣剂对玉米种子发芽势、发芽率有一定抑制作用,而对活力指数、生长发育均有一定的促进作用。In order to study the effect of seed coating to agricultural production, the effects of seed coating on seed vigor and seeding growth to maize were studied by seed germination in laboratory and in field trail. The results showed that, germination potential and germination rate with seed coating were lower than the control, seed vigor index, seeding emergency rate, root number, fresh weight of plant, plant height and stem diameter in field trail were improved comparing with the control, the seed coating could increase ear grain and 1000-seed weight of maize, decrease the rate of vacant plants, as well as increase the yield of maize. The seed coating could restrict germination potential and germination rate, promote seed vigor index and seeding growth.
