摘 要:目的探讨微波辐射环境下雷达人员中医体质分类状况。方法对200例微波辐射环境下雷达作业人员进行中医体质分类调查研究。结果微波辐射环境下雷达作业人员以平和质为主,在偏颇体质中以气虚质、阴虚质为主,气虚质成因与研究对象的年龄、运动习惯、睡眠习惯、吸烟、饮食偏好、从业时间等因素相关。结论通过对微波辐射环境下雷达作业人员体质的分类研究,对偏颇体质及其影响因素给予中医理论指导下的干预,对个体化治疗及防护具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the classification of constitutions in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of radar-operators working in microwave radiation condition. Methods Classification and determination of constitution in TCM was applied to 200 radar-operators working in microwave radiation condition. Results Most subjects had normal constitution. The abnormal constitutions were mainly Qixu constitution and Yinxu constitution. Qixu constitution was related with age, exercise habit, sleeping habit, smoking, diet bias and work time of the subjects. Conclusion Classification and research on constitutions of radar-operators working in microwave radiation condition, and intervention on abnormal constitution and influential factors based on traditional Chinese medicine have instructive value for specific treatment and protection.
