陆地棉‘洞A’育性研究时期的选择与花蕾外部形态指标间的关系

摘　　要：为了分子生物学研究取材方便,确定了陆地棉‘洞A’花粉发育时期与花蕾外部形态对应关系:花蕾直径d=1～2 mm为减数分裂期;d=2～3 mm是4分体形成初期;d=3～4 mm为4分体期;d=4～5 mm处于双核期;d=5 mm为花粉粒形成初期;d=6mm是成熟花粉期。In order to draw materials easily, confirmed the relationship between periods of anther development and bud diameter in ‘Dong A＇ ：during meiosis bud diameter d=1～2 mm;at the beginning of tetrads formed d=2～3 mm;in tetrads d=3～4 mm;d=4～5 mm in dikaryophase ;d=5 mm pollen grains started to take shape, and d=6 ram--in pollen maturation stage.
