延津县现代小麦产业体系构建的思路与对策研究

摘　　要：在论述现代小麦产业体系内涵、特征的基础上,分析了延津县现代小麦产业发展取得的主要成就及存在的主要问题,勾画出"提升基地、壮大龙头、延伸链条、促进集群、强化支撑、创建品牌"的现代小麦产业体系建设思路,针对存在的问题及现代小麦产业体系建设思路所确定的发展要求,提出了构建延津县现代小麦产业体系的对策措施及政策建议。Based on discussing the concept of modem wheat industrial system and its characteristics, this paper analysed main achievements and existing problems under the development of modem wheat industrial system in Yanjin County. Following that,this essay outlines promoting production base,expanding leading enterprises, extending industrial chains,boosting industrial clusters,strengthening support and establishing brand of basic ideas as the thought and objection of constructing modem wheat industrial system. And according to the existing issues and development requirements determined by the thought of constructing modem wheat industrial system,the essay proposed several measures and policy suggestions as to construct modem wheat industrial system in Yanjin County.
