摘　　要：以环渤海区域经济一体化崛起和河北省大力实施沿海战略为背景,以现代农业发展水平和影响因素分析为依据,按照"以港兴城、以城促农"发展思路,对加快河北滨海平原现代农业发展提出对策建议。Being set in the growing up of economic integration around Bohai Sea District and the vigorous implementation of coastal strategy in Hebei, based on the modem agriculture development level and affecting factors analysis, according to the development idea as ＇to thrive the city by relying on the port and to promote agriculture by relying on the city＇ , this paper put forward the suggestions about the countermeasures on fast development of modem agriculture in coastal plain of Hebei Province.
