摘  要:采用双波长分光光度法测定了大鼠小肠循环液中酚红的含量 ,方法的线性范围为 1~ 8mg/L ,回收率为 99 88%~ 99 99% (n =5 ) ,日内RSD为 0 5 1%~ 1 2 7% (n =4) ,日间RSD为0 5 8%~ 2 2 9% (n =4) .A spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of phenol red in rat′s small intestine circulation solution. Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used at 558 nm and 570 nm. 0 1 mol/L NaOH was selected as the solvent.The calibration curve was linear in the range from 1 to 8 mg/L . The recoveries were 99 88%~99 99%. The within day precision was 0 51%~1 27% and the day to day precision was 0 58%~2 29%. This method can be used to determine phenol red in rat′s small intestine circulation.
