摘 要:建立了测定人血浆中美洛昔康浓度的HPLC UV检测法 .以吡罗昔康为内标物 ,血浆样品经液 液萃取处理后进行HPLC检测 .线性范围为 2 0 0~ 2 0 0 0 0ng/mL ,最低定量限为 2 0A specific, sensitive and rapid HPLC method with ultraviolet detection was developed and validated to determine meloxicam in human plasma. The pretreatment of the plasma sample was based on single liquid liquid extraction, using piroxicam as the internal standard. The analytes were determined by ultraviolet detection at 361 nm . A good linearity was achieved in the range of 20 0~ 2 000 0 ng/mL of meloxicam in human plasma with correlation coefficients of about 0 998. The limit of quantification was 20 0 ng/mL and assay accuracy within±1 9%. Within day and between day precisions were within 5 5% and 7 7% , respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of the plasma concentration of meloxicam after an oral dose of 15 mg meloxicam in 20 healthy volunteers(more than 500 samples).
