基于随机前沿分析的不同粮食生产规模农户生产技术效率差异及影响因素分析——以陕西关中农户为例

摘　　要：为研究陕西关中地区粮食种植农户的粮食生产技术效率和种植规模之间的关系,以陕西省关中地区高陵县、泾阳县、岐山县3个地区农户为研究对象,运用随机前沿分析方法测算生产技术效率,并对外生影响因素变量进行Tobit回归分析。结果表明:中等经营规模农户生产效率高于小规模农户和较大规模的农户;在影响因素中,劳动力年龄、农户家庭非农收入、农业与非农收入比例、农户播种面积、粮地租出比例、规模这些因素均对粮食生产技术效率有显著影响,而劳动力受教育年限和土地租出率均对生产技术效率无显著影响。因此,从生产技术效率较高的角度来看,陕西关中地区粮食种植应该以中规模为主,通过对不同影响因素的调节,可以提高农户的生产技术效率,进而有效率的提高粮食产量。The aims were to study the relationship between the farmers ＇ production technical efficiency and the scale of planting.This paper took the farmers in Gaoling Country,Jingyang Country,Qishan Country as a research object and used Translog Stochastic Frontier Production Function Model to measure the farmer ＇ s technical efficiency.Then,this paper made a Tobit regression analysis on exogenous variable that affect technical efficiency.The results showed that medium scale of farmers ＇ production efficiency was higher than the small-scale farmers and a large-scale farmers,under the existing technology conditions,the farmer ＇ s technical efficiency had a bigger promotion space.In the influence factors,labor age,family non-agricultural income,agricultural income and non-agricultural income ratio,farmers planting land,rent land and scale,all of these factors had a significant influence on food production technical efficiency.Yet,labor education degree and rent land ratio had no significant effect on efficiency.Therefore,from the high production technical efficiency point of view,the grain planting size in Guanzhong region should be based on medium scale.Through the behavior of regulating the different influence factors,this could improve the farmer ＇ s production technical efficiency and the grain output.
