中西医结合对慢性肾衰竭患者微炎症状态影响的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者血清IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1、MCP-1表达的影响。方法:采用随机对照研究,将40例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为治疗组(中西医结合治疗)及对照组(单纯西药治疗)各20例,2组均以1个月为1个疗程。疗程结束后评价临床疗效,比较肾功能改变。ELISA法检测患者治疗前后血清IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1、MCP-1水平的变化。结果:中西药组与西药组相比能更好地改善患者的临床症状,改善肾功能,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合治疗可降低IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1、MCP-1的表达水平,与西药组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能降低IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1、MCP-1的表达水平,在一定程度上能改善CRF患者的微炎症状态。Objective： AIM To study the effect of Integrative Medicine imapact IL-6,TNF-α,ICAM-1 ,MCP-1 serum in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods： This is a prospective, randomized study, forty patients were randomly allocated to two groups, Western medicine treatment group and Western ＋ Chinese Herbs ＋ enema group. Two groups all have one month as a course of treatment. After completing the treatment, clinical efficacy and renal function was assessed. ELISA assay serum IL-6,TNF-α,ICAM-1 ,MCP-1 levels before and after treatment. Results： As the clinical efficacy and renal function, TCM combine Western medicine group is surpass to Western medicine group（ P 〈 0.05）, Combination therapy in Western medicine can reduce serum IL-6,TNF-α,ICAM-1 ,MCP-1 level,compared with the western medicine group differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative Medicine can reduce serum IL-6, TNF-α, ICAM- 1, MCP- 1 level in patients with chronic renal failure, so improve the microinflatmnatory State in patients with chronic renal failure to a certain extent.
