摘　　要：目的 :比较普瑞博思和雷尼替丁治疗胃源性哮喘的疗效。方法 :将 4 2名经胃食道钡剂造影确诊的胃源性哮喘患儿分成两组 ,分别以普瑞博思和雷尼替丁口服 8周 ,然后通过胃食道钡剂造影、最大呼气峰流速和临床总体疗效来进行判断。结果 :普瑞博思优于雷尼替丁 ,在上述三个方面均有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5)。结论Objective:Comparing prepulsid with renitidini on the curative effective of treating asthma arising from stomach.Methods:Divided the children diagnosed as asthma arising from stomach by gastroesopnageal barium meal radiography into two groups,and asked them to take prepulosid or renitidini separately in 8 weeks,and then studied it throug gastroesopnageal barium meal radiography,peak of expiratory flow rate,and clinical total curative effective.Results:Prepulsid is better than renitidini in the three aspects(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Prepulsid has better curative effective than renitidini on treating asthma arising from stomach.
