摘　　要：思想政治理论课课外活动是思想政治理论课课堂教学的延伸和补充。高校思想政治理论课教师应遵循高校课外活动的特点和规律,树立"以问题为本"的理念,进行教学设计和教学评估,构建和完善思想政治理论课课外活动教学体系,进而全面提高学生的综合素质。The extracurricular activities of ideological and political theory courses are the extension and supple- ment of classroom teaching of ideological and political theory courses. The teachers of the ideological and political the- ory courses in university should follow the characteristics and laws of the college extra-curricular activities, establish a ＂problem-based＂ concept, design and evaluate the teaching, build and improve the teaching system of extra-curricular activities of the courses so as to comprehensively improve the students＇ overall quality.
