摘 要:采用水煮法对干燥旱柳嫩枝进行提取,提取液浓缩至小体积依次用乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取,制得乙酸乙酯萃取物和正丁醇萃取物,利用硅胶柱色谱分别对乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物进行分离和纯化,得到了5个化合物,通过理化性质及波谱数据分析鉴定它们的结构分别为:水杨醇(1),水杨苷(2),邻苯二酚(3),对羟基苯甲酸(4),水杨酸(5)。干燥旱柳嫩枝乙酸乙酯萃取物中含量最多的是邻苯二酚(3)。占乙酸乙酯萃取物的质量分数为2.6%。正丁醇萃取物中含量最多的是水杨苷(2),占正丁醇萃取物的质量分数为14.5%。The dried Salix matsdana yongshoots were extracted with boiled water. The solution was evaporated in vicuo to get a paste residue, which was extracted with EtOAc and n-BtOH to get EtOAc extract and n-BtOH extract, separately. These two extracts were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography to get five compounds, namely, salicylol (1), salicylaldehyde glycoside (2), catechol (3), p-hydroxy-benzoic acid (4), and salicylic acid (5). Comparison of the results, eatechol (3) was the major constitute in EtOAc extract with the content of 2.6 %. And, the major constitute of n-BtOH extract was salicylaldehyde glycoside (2) with the content of 14.5 %.
