基于社区医疗视角下的高校医学专业学生人文精神的培养

摘　　要：社区医疗卫生服务经过10余年的发展,已取得长足进步,但在非物质形态服务方面仍存在诸多不足。随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,医学院校毕业生的就业形势逐渐严峻,但基层医疗单位仍存在较大岗位缺口。因此,立足基层医疗岗位,培养具有医学人文精神的医学应用型人才,具有十分重要的意义。The community health services, after more than 10 years of development, has made significant progress, but there are still many deficiencies in the nonphysical form services. Along with the continuous expansion of college enrollment, medical colleges and universities graduates＇employment situation is grim, but there is still a big gap for primary care. Therefore, based on primary care jobs, to train applied talents of medicine with medical humanistic spirit is of great significance.
