双切口、双钢板加植骨治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨双切口、双钢板加植骨治疗Schatzker V、VI型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选取Schatzker V、VI型胫骨平台骨折患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用解剖钢板内固定,观察组采用双切口、双钢板加植骨治疗,术后随访观察临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.11,P<0.05)。结论双切口、双钢板加植骨治疗Schatzker V、VI型胫骨平台骨折具有较好的临床疗效,骨折复位确切,固定牢固,术后膝关节功能恢复良好,其疗效优于解剖钢板内固定方法。Objective To explore the curative effect of treating tibia plateau fracture of Schatzker V or VI by dual in- cision and double plate fixation with bone graft. Methods A total of 80 cases with tibia plateau fracture of Schatzker V or VI were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in eachgroup. Patents in control group were treated by anatomical plate internal fixation, yet patients in observation group were treat- ed by dual incision and double plate fixation with bone graft therapy, postoperative follow-up to observe their clinical efficacy. Results Excellent rate in observation group was higher than that of control group, and there was statistical difference between them （^（=4.11 ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It has good clinical effect of treating tibia plateau fracture of Schatzker V or VI by dual incision and double plate fixation with bone graft, and fracture reduction is exact with firm fixation, also with better postoperative knee function recover, so its effect is better than anatomical plate internal fixation.
