摘　　要：目的调研分析医院门诊国际指标下的合理用药情况。方法通过文献检索的方式,分析发达国家、发展中国家以及北京、上海的合理用药情况,同时结合理想值和本院情况,对合理用药相关指标具体情况进行比较。结果在处方指标上,较之发展中国家的平均水平,以北京、上海以及本院为代表的我国的处方指标情况整体比较理想,各指标中药品的平均种数相对较低;较之理想值以及发达国家各指标的情况,我国处方指标还存在较为明显的不足,尤其在抗生素的使用比例上明显过高。在患者关怀上,较之发展中国家的平均指标,我国相对比较理想;但与理想值和发达国家统计到的部分指标相比,存在明显不足的现象,尤其在患者就诊时间上明显过短。结论在处方指标和患者指标上,包括本院在内的我国各医院门诊有待进一步完善。Objective To research and analyze the situation of outpatient service in the hospital about using drug rea- sonably drug under international index. Methods The related index of using drug reasonably about the developed countries, developing countries, Beijing, Shanghai were analyzed by the way of literature retrieval. At the same time with ideal value and the situation of our hospital, the particular case of rational drug use related indicators was com- pared. Results In the prescription indicators, compared with the average level of the developing countries, the indica- tors situation of Beijing, Shanghai and our hospital which representated China^s prescriptions were overall ideal, the indicators of the drug to the average species was relativly low. Compared with ideal value and the index of the devel- oped countries, our country prescription indicators had gap obviously, especially in the use of antibiotics which the ra- tio was significantly higher. On the patient care, compared with developing countries average index, our country was relatively ideal, but with the ideal value and the developed countries about part of the statistical index, the phe- nomenon of insufficient was obviously existed, especially in patients on clinical time obviously too short. Conclusion In the prescription index and patient care index, the outpatient service of hospitals in our country including our hosoital need further improvement.
