血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症并发症46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血液灌流联合血液透析对尿毒症并发症的疗效。方法将91例维持性透析尿毒症患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规血液透析治疗;观察组行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗。4次治疗后,观察两组患者治疗前后的实验室检测指标变化和并发症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗后甲状旁腺激素、β2微球蛋白、血红蛋白水平改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组难治性高血压、皮肤瘙痒、食欲不振和不宁腿的改善较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析对难治性高血压、皮肤瘙痒、食欲不振和不宁腿等尿毒症并发症有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in treatment of uremia complications. Methods Ninety-one patients with uremia of maintenance herrlodialysis were selected and divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. The control group was given conventional hemodialysis treat- ment, and the observation group was given hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment. After treatment of 4 times, the examination indexes change of the laboratory and improvement condition of complications before and after treatment in two groups were observed. Results Parathyroid hormone, ~2-microglobulin and hemoglobin levels of ob- servation group improved more significantly than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of resistant hyper- tension, pruritus, anorexia and restless leg of the observation group was more evident than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis has better efficacy in treatment of ure- mia complications including resistant hypertension, pruritus, anorexia and restless leg, which is worthy to be applied widely in clinical practice.
