抗菌整理布杀菌效果及对皮肤刺激性试验观察

摘　　要：为了解含有带活性基因和吡卜酰胺结构之氯苯咪唑的抗菌整理布杀菌效果，进行了定量杀菌试验。结果，该布对滴染其表面的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌悬液作用 ２ ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均达 １００％。该布经流水连续洗涤 ２４ ｈ或按洗衣方式手洗、晾干反复 ２５次，对上述细菌作用 ２０ ｍｉｎ的杀灭率尚可达 ９９．９９％。该布贴敷对兔脊背皮肤刺激反应积分为０。In order to know the germicidal efficacy of antibacterial finished cloth containing chloro-phenyl imidazole with active group and pipemidic structure, quantitative germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that this cloth could kill 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia colt in suspension dropped on the surface of the cloth after 2 min contact. The killing rate of the above bacteria could still attain 99.99% after 20 min contact on the cloth washed continuously with running water for 24 h or washed by hand as the usual washing method and dried in air repeatedly for 25 times. Attaching the cloth on skin of rabbit back resultes in zero cumulative score of skin irritative reaction.
