手足口病47例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨手足口病的临床特点及诊治。方法 :对 47例手足口病患儿的临床症状、皮疹形态及分布特点、诊断、治疗等方面进行观察和分析。结果 :5岁以下发病者 42例 (89.4% ) ,并以夏季最多 (74.5 % )。 1/ 3以上患儿有接触传染史。皮疹主要分布在手、足 ,其次是口腔及臀部。 38例患儿血清中 ,2 8例柯萨奇病毒抗体阳性。结论 :本病及早诊断、隔离 ,预后好。Objective:To study the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of hand,foot and mooth disease(HFMD).Methods:The clinical symptoms,morphology of the rash,characteristics of distribution and other aspects of HFMD in 47 patients were observed and analyzed.Results:Of the 47 patients,42 were under the age of 5(89.47%),and most of them had the disease in summer.One third of the children had contagious history.The rashes were predominantly present on the hands and the feet,and secondarily in the mouth and on the buttocks.The antibody to Coxsackie A virus in 28 of the 38 children's serum was positive.The course of the disease was about a week on the average.Conclusions:Early diagnosis,isolation and appropriate treatment are essential.
