月坛地区更年期妇女知信行现况机会性调查

摘　　要：目的通过对月坛地区更年期妇女进行问卷调查,了解其知信行现况,为更好地开展社区更年期妇女的健康管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对月坛地区355例40～60岁妇女进行问卷调查。结果①月坛地区更年期妇女对于妇科、慢性疾病相关知识的知晓率及健康生活方式采纳率都处于较低的水平。②定期进行疾病筛查的比例由高到低依次为:血压检测:90%,血糖检测:77%,血脂检测:74%等。③有一项以上更年期症状的妇女所占的比例为76.9%,kupperman评分平均为10.34。④对于全科诊疗服务的需求:希望在全科门诊得到妇科疾病相关指导的比例最高为77.7%。结论月坛地区更年期妇女知信行现况不容乐观,对全方位妇女保健指导有很大的需求,需要全科医师加强对更年期妇女的健康管理。Objective To survey the status of the knowledge, attitude, belief and practice （KABP） of menopausal women in Yuetan Community so as to provide a basis for the health management of them. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey KABP of 355 women aged between 40 - 60 years old in Yuetan Community. Results （1）The menopausal women in the Yuetan Community have low levels of economic knowledge of gynecological and chronic diseases and a low rate for adopting healthy lifestyle. （2）The inspection items commonly taken by the menopausal women were： monitoring of blood pressure（ 90% ） , blood sugar（77% ） and blood lipids（74） , etc. （3）The rate of the women with one or more menopausal symptoms were 76.9%. The average scores of Kupperman index was 10.34. （4）77.7% of them expected the guidance on the treatment of gynecological diseases through outpatient service. Conclusion We are not optimistic about the status of KABP of menopausal women in Yuetan Community. There are huge demands for the full-range guidance on women health care. General practitioners should enhance the health management of menopausal women.
