摘 要:目的评价CT在癫痫临床诊断中的应用效果,以供今后的临床工作参考和借鉴。方法选择荆州市第一人民医院神经内科2008年6月-2012年5月收治的67例癫痫患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,比较患者脑电图(EEG)和颅脑CT扫描检查结果异常率的差异。结果经过比较后发现,癫痫颅脑CT检查结果阳性率明显低于EEG,数据处理后发现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CT检查结果异常的53例患者中,病因为颅内肿瘤20例、脑梗死7例、脑出血4例、脑囊虫9例、先天畸形6例、脑内异物7例。结论 EEG和颅脑CT检查均对癫痫的临床诊断具有一定的价值,其中EEG的敏感性较高,而CT在癫痫病因的检出方面更具优势,更有助于指导癫痫的临床治疗。Objective To evaluate the effect of CT on the clinical diagnosis of epilepsy and provide reference for the future clinic works. Methods Total 67 patients with epilepsy between June 2008 and May 2012 in our hospital-were enrolled in this study. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The abnormal rate of EEG and brain CT scan results were compared be- tween the two groups. Results The positive rate of epilepsy by brain CT scan was obviously lower than that by EEG, and there was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). In 53 patients with positive CT results,there were 20 cases of intracranial tumor,7 cases of cerebral infarction,4 cases of cerebral hemorrhage ,9 cases of cerebral cysticercosis,6 cases of congenital malformation and 7 cases of intracerebral foreign body. Conclusion Both of EEG and brain CT examination are useful in the clinical diagnosis of ep- ilepsy. EEG is more sensitive, while CT scan is more serviceable in the examination of etiology and more conducive to guide the clinical treatment of epilepsy.
