摘　　要：目的观察曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照法选择缺血性心肌病心力衰竭78例,分为常规治疗组和曲美他嗪组各39例,曲美他嗪组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪,20 mg/次,3次/d,治疗6个月后复查。通过观察临床心功能、超声心动图、6 min步行试验评价曲美他嗪辅助治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。结果治疗6个月后,曲美他嗪组总有效率优于常规治疗组,疗效差异有统计学意义;曲美他嗪组治疗前后比较示左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径、左室射血分数、6 min步行距离差异均有统计学意义;治疗后的组间比较示曲美他嗪组优于常规治疗组。结论曲美他嗪与其他治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的常规药物联合使用,可有效改善缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的心功能,增加其运动量。Objective To assess the clinical effect of Trimetazidinc on the heart failure from schemic cardiomyopathy. Meth- ods The randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were conducted involving 78 patients heart failure from ischemic cardiomyopathy; they were randomly divided into control group and test group ,with 39 patients in each group. The patients in the test group were administered with Trimetazidine based on the routine treatment. The cardiac function, echocardiograpby, 6-minute walk test were conducted to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Trimetazidine. Results After the treatment, the total efficiency in test group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistical significant;The parameters such as left ventricular end-dias- tolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction,6-minute walk test distance were better in the test group as compared to the control group, and the difference was significant. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with oth- er conventional drugs can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with heart failure from ischemic cardiomyopathy, and increase their physical activity.
