鼻出血微波热凝固的治疗与护理体会

摘　　要：目的回顾和总结鼻出血微波热凝固治疗的技术特点和护理体会。方法 182例反复间断性鼻出血患者,多数合并有全身疾病和局部异常改变,出血量在500 ml以下,给予检查以确定出血部位、表面麻醉、微波止血、心理护理和健康教育。结果本组一次性治愈172例(95%);二次性治愈10例(5%)。结论微波热凝固治疗是应用特殊微波辐射电极,电磁波直接作用于局部组织,组织在小范围内因高温瞬间凝固达到治疗目的。微波热凝固治疗具有损伤小、边界清楚、治疗范围易控制,操作简便,疗程短,痛苦小且不需要鼻腔填塞等特点,同时配合心理护理以缓解患者的紧张情绪,可有效降低伴有心脑血管疾病的老年患者治疗中的风险,治疗效果显著。术后及时准确的健康教育有利于患者的康复和防止病情复发。Objective To review and summarize the nursing experience of patients with microwave coagulation therapy and its technical characteristics. Methods Total 182 patients with repeated intermittent epistaxis （volume of bleeding was less than 500 ml） and combined with systemic or local diseases were enrolled in this study. The bleeding sites were located, and the surface anesthesia, microwave coagulation therapy, psychological care and health education were performed in all patients. Results In this group, 172 cases were cured at one time （95 % ）, others received the second treatment（5 % ）. Conclusions Microwave coag- ulation therapy is with the characteristics of mild injury, clear boundary, simple operations, short course of treatment, little pain and no nasal packing. The psychological care can relieve nervous tension, and effectively reduce the risk of treatment in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The timely postoperative health education is helpful for patients to rescue and prevent the recurrence of deceases.
