HPLC法测定六味五灵片中五味子醇甲的含量

摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定六味五灵片中五味子醇甲的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用色谱柱为Agilent SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水为流动相,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为250 nm,柱温:40℃。结果五味子醇甲在0.010 1～0.404 4μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000,平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.39%。结论本法可用于测定六味五灵片中五味子醇甲含量。Objective To establish the method for determining schisandrin in Liuwei Wuling Tablets by HPLC. Methods Schisandrin was analyzed simultaneously by HPLC. The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on a Agilent SB-C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） by isocratic elution with the mobile phase of aeetonitrile -water at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The line-ar range of sehisandrin was 0. 010 11 - 0.404 4μg. The average recovery of sehisandrin was 99.87% ,RSD = 0.39%. Conclu-sion This method was simple,rapid and feasible for the quantification of and sehisandrin in Liuwei Wuling Tablet.
