摘　　要：目的制备盐酸左西替利嗪口崩片并考察处方工艺与质量。方法以崩解时限和口感为指标因素,根据辅料相容性结果,采用正交设计试验,筛选最优处方,并与普通片剂进行了体外溶出度的比较。结果采用优化处方和工艺制备的盐酸左西替利嗪口崩片口感良好,质量符合药典规定要求。结论优选的盐酸左西替利嗪口崩片处方工艺合理,成品质量稳定。Objective To explore the formulation and quality of Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Orally Disintegrating Tablets. Methods The formulation was optimized with disintegration time and taste as parameter by an excipient compati-bility testing and an orthogonal design. The dissolution rate of orally disintegrating tablets was compared with common tab-lets. Results The disintegration time and quality of the orally disintegrating tablets met Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 crite-ria. Conclusion The preparation process was simple and reasonable, and the quality of the products was stable.
