摘  要:现有的抗老年痴呆黄酮类化合物广泛分布于多种植物中,具有不同的化学类别与结构特征,且抗老年痴呆的作用机理也各不相同。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对黄酮类、黄酮、异黄酮、黄烷醇、黄烷酮类化合物、花青素等几大类黄酮类物抗老年痴呆的研究进展及其各类产物抗老年痴呆机理进行简述。为从黄酮类化合物中开发出抗老年性痴呆症的药物提供参考。The prevailing anti-Alzheimer's disease natural product are widely distributed in many plants,with differ-ent chemical types and structural characteristics, and the mechanism of action is also each not same. By reference to the in-formation and data of domestic and foreign literature,we gave a brief review on natural products, which include the the fla- vones, flavonols, isoflavones, flavanols, flavanones anthocyanidins and other categories of main flavonoids in anti - Alzheimer' s disease research progress. Also the mechanism of natural product anti - Alzheimer's disease were discussed in this paper which a basis for flavonoids exploitation in anti - Alzheimer's disease.
