摘  要:采用煤直接液化油中代表性的含氮、氧、硫化合物和稠环芳烃作为探针反应分子,配成用于评价催化剂加氢处理反应性能的模拟液化油原料;以重油加氢处理的工业催化剂为参比,评价了催化剂的加氢处理反应活性;采用BET、NH3-TPD、ICP等分析表征方法,考察了催化剂载体性质及金属活性组分对于催化剂反应活性的影响。结果表明,载体合适的酸性、比表面积、孔结构有利于提高催化剂的加氢处理反应活性,其中以质量分数均为6%的Ni和W为活性组分、USY为载体制备的催化剂加氢处理效果较佳,模拟液化油中含氧、氮、硫化合物在反应过程中被加氢反应脱除,大部分稠环芳烃也发生加氢转化,且该催化剂的反应稳定性良好。Typical compounds which contained nitrogen,oxygen,sulfur and polycyclic aromatics hydrocarbons in coal direct liquefied oil were adopted as probe reaction molecules to prepare simulation liquefied oil raw materials which used to evaluate the reaction performance of catalyst hydroprocessing;the reaction activity of catalyst hydroprocessing were evaluated using heavy oil hydroprocessing industry catalyst as reference;The effect of catalyst carrier nature and metal active components on catalyst reaction activities was evaluated by analysis characterization methods such as BET,NH3-TPD,ICP,etc.The results showed that suitable carrier acidity,specific surface area,pore structure could improve the hydroprocessing catalyst reaction activity;the catalyst with Ni and W mass fractions were 6% used as active component,USY as carrier had better hydroprocessing effect;compounds which contained nitrogen,oxygen,sulfur in simulation liquefied oil were removed by hydrogenation reaction,and most polycyclic aromatics hydrocarbons were also transformed by hydrogenation,and the reaction stability of the catalyst was good.
