摘　　要：α-三噻吩(α-T)是一种植物源光活化毒素,注射入植物树干后,可用于防治松萎蔫病。介绍了以黑松苗1年生枝条木质部为材料,应用荧光分光光度计测定黑松体内α-T含量的方法。ct-terthienyl （α-T）, a potential photoactivated toxin, can be used to prevent and cure pine wilt disease by trunk injection. The determination method of α-T in one year old branches of black pine（ Pinus thunbergii） by fluorospectropho- tometry was introduced in this paper.
