摘 要:对桤叶唐棣进行组织培养研究,结果表明,诱导培养基配方为MS+BA 0.6mg/L+NAA 0.12mg/L+IBA0.4mg/L+蔗糖35g/L+琼脂8g/L,诱导率达到了74%;增殖培养基配方为MS+BA 1.5mg/L+IBA 1.0mg/L+蔗糖35g/L+琼脂8g/L,增殖倍数达到5.56倍;生根培养基配方为1/2MS+NAA 0.05mg/L+IBA 1.0mg/L+蔗糖35g/L+琼脂8g/L,生根率达91%。A research on tissue culture of Amelanchier alnifolia was summarized and the optimal mediums were proposed in this paper. The medium of MS + BA 0.6 mg/L + NAA 0.12 mg/L + IBA 0.4 mg/L + sucrose 35 g/L + agar 8 g/L was op- timal for inducement, the inducement rate could be up to 74% ; The medium of MS + BA 1.5 mg/L + IBA 1.0 mg/L + su- crose 35 g/L + agar 8 g/L was optimal for subculture, and the number of proliferation was 5.56 ; The medium of 1/2MS + NAA0.05 mg/L + IBA 1.0 mg/L + sucrose 35 g/L + agar 8 gilL was optimal for rooting, and the rooting rate was 91%.
