摘　　要：本文从分业经营体制的弊端入手,着重分析我国金融业实行混业经营的必要性、可行性及所需的经济条件,以期对我国顺利实现金融业的混业经营转变有所裨益。This article starting from the drawbacks of separate operating system,analyzes the necessity,feasibility and economic conditions of China＇s financial industry in order to give some useful advice for the transformation of financial industry mixed operation.
