脑心通联合尼莫地平治疗椎基底动脉供血不足68例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑心通胶囊通联合尼莫地平对椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效分析。方法将68例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例),2组基础治疗均采用静脉滴注丹参以及口服尼莫地平,观察组加用口服步长脑心通,均治疗2周,观察疗效。结果治疗观察组在临床症状好转方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑心通联合尼莫地平治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效肯定,安全。Objective To explore the effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency. Methods A total of 68 patients with vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency were randomly divided into a Naoxintong group （34 cases） and a control group （34 cases）. The two groups received intravenous infusion of Danshen injections and oral nimodipine. In addition, the Naoxintong group received oral Naoxintong for 2 weeks. Results The clinical symptoms improved obviously in the Naoxintong group compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Naoxintong capsule combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency is effective and safe.
