摘 要:随着高功率密度电机的发展,散热问题越来越受到关注。水冷作为一种实用的散热方式得到了广泛研究,目前使用较多的水路为轴向"Z"字型和周向螺旋型。本文按照水路设计的步骤,经过详细的推导计算,对两种水路性能做了全面的对比。在分析这两种水路优缺点的基础上,综合考虑了水路的散热效果和对外部散热器及泵体的影响,给出基于电机长径比的水冷电机水路选择方法。将该方法应用于实际工程电机水路设计,具有很好的指导意义。Along with the development of the high power density motor, the problem of heat dissipationis more and more noted. As a utility way, water cool has been widely studied. At present, most water jackets aredivided into two el.asses, one is ' Z' axial water jacket, the other is circumferential water jacket. Accord- ing to the steps of water jacket design, this paper made a comprehensive comparison about performance of the tow water jackets through a detailed calculation. Based on the analysis of the two water jackets about ad- vantages and disadvantages, this paper considered the heat dissipationresult of water jacket and influence to external radiator and pump. At the same time, this paper gave selection method of water jacket based on the- length-diameter ratio. It will be of great help, when this method is appliedin actual engineering motor water jaeketdesign.
