摘  要:本文针对切向充磁的异步启动永磁同步电机,考虑转子开槽及隔磁槽漏磁、气隙漏磁、磁桥漏磁及装配气隙等的影响,提出了一种较为精确的等效磁路模型,它可快捷、精确地求取永磁体的工作点、漏磁系数、气隙磁密、定转子饱和程度等重要参数;推导了相关的磁路磁密及磁动势计算公式,编制了电机磁路计算程序。有限元对比分析表明,该模型具有较高的计算精度。This paper presented an accurate magnetic circuit model for line started permanent magnet syn- chronous machine (PMSM) with tangential magnetization, which could take all the aspects including the as- sembly air gap and the flux leakages through the rotor slot, the nonmagnetic material between the magnet and the shaft, the airgap, and the magnetic bridges into consideration. This model can calculate the PM working poit, flux leakeage coefficient, airgap flux density and the stator and rotor saturation status accurately and fastly. The magnetic flux density and the MMF formulas for the magnetic circuit were given, and deatiled magnetic circuit calculation procedure were given. Finite element analysis shows that this model is with high accuracy.
