摘  要:针对目前国内常用的两种压切式刀盘不能适应生产高强高模超短纤维的问题,分析了两种常用切断机刀盘的结构,指出了其存在的主要缺点:带刀杆的切断机刀盘虽然应用比较广泛,但是仅适用于生产普通短纤维,而不适用于生产超短纤维;带刀柱的切断机刀盘虽然在使用性能上优于带刀杆的切断机刀盘,可以生产超短纤维,但是当生产含湿率高的超短纤维时,刀柱容易造成刀盘落丝不畅,而且切断刀容易被纤维挤压断裂。为了解决这些问题,更好地满足各种超短纤维的生产要求,研制了一种新型超短纤维切断机刀盘。该刀盘具有以下优点:刀盘上未设置刀杆或刀柱,刀盘的上、下法兰通过中心管联接;刀盘落丝顺畅,切断刀不易断裂;刀盘的刚性和耐腐蚀性好;特别适用于高强高模超短纤维的生产。新型超短纤维切断机刀盘已经在一些芳纶短纤维生产线上应用,刀盘的各项性能均达到了设计和使用要求。As to the two pressurizsed cutter blades commonly available in the domestic market with the poor catering to the production of the hi-strength and hi-module fiber, analysis is done to the structure of the two cutter blades with the disadvantages:the cutter blade with the stand of wide application is only applica- ble for production of the normal staple fiber instead of super staple fiber;the cutter blade with the shaft is superior over the former in production of the super staple fiber. However, when in production of the super staple fiber with high moisture rate,the shaft tends to cause the entangleing of the fiber on the blade,con- sequently resulting in the damage of the blade. In order to solve such problems as said above,a new blade is introduced so to better cater the requirement of the varieties of the fiber production. The blade is of free stand and free shaft. The flanges on the blade is connected with the center tube,avoiding the entangling of the fiber and the blade damage. The blade is of good rigidity and good anti-erosion specially for the produc- tion of the high strength and high module fiber production. The new cutter blade is already in the applica- tion of the aramaid fiber production with good performance as designed and required.
