道夫转移率简易测算方法探讨

摘　　要：为了简易地对道夫转移率进行测定估算,从影响道夫转移率的主要因素分析推导出了道夫转移率简易测算公式,并通过实例验证了道夫转移率的简易测算方法的可行性。指出:影响道夫转移率的因素主要有针布型号规格,锡林与道夫凝聚比、隔距、三角区气流状态,纤维性能等;简易计算方法与复杂测算公式结果基本相同,利于调整工艺,提高工作效率。In order to find a simple method calculating the transferring rate of the doffer,a calculating fomula is deduced based on the factors with the transferring rate.The calculating method of the transferring rate of the doffer is validated from the example.Conclusion is made that the factors with the doffer transferring rate includes the specifications of the clothing,the agglomerating ratio of the cylinder and the doffer,the gauge,the air state in the trangle area plus the fiber performance.The simple method is very close to the complicated method calculating the transferring rate of the doffer.The simple method is propitious to the adjustment of the process and enhancing the working efficiency.
