精梳落棉率与棉纱质量成本的关系

摘　　要：纺制精梳纱时为保质量丢了成本或为保成本丢了质量,这是一对矛盾,为此提出根据原料的混配和清梳联工序得到的梳棉条质量制定合理的精梳工艺和精梳落棉率;试验证明,原料混配品质、清梳联清除效率、梳棉条品质、织物和棉纱品质、梳理器件等因素对落棉率、精梳条品质及成本均有影响;说明将精梳纱控制在乌斯特统计公报合适范围内是其质量稳定和成本稳定的基础。提高前纺工序开棉、清棉、梳棉的清除效率,是合理控制落棉率的重要因素;强化对清梳联、精梳工序梳理器材的维护保养,提高加工精度,合理设置齿形齿密尺寸、器材工艺参数是重点。In production of the combed yarn, the cost is neglected when quality is assured while quality is neglected when cost is under control. This is a contradiction. In order to solve the problem, an idea is put forth that proper combing process and the noil rate be framed based on the material mixing and the combed cotton sliver quality from the process of the clear and carding combination, the experiment proves that the factors imapcting the noil rate,the quality of the combed sliver and the cost includes the mixing quality of material, the clearing rate of the combing process, quality of the combed sliver, the fabric and the yarn qual- ity and the accessories. The foundation of stablizing yarn quality and yarn cost lies in the control of the combed yarn within the Uster report. It is important to increase the efficiency of opening, clearing, and car- ding in the pre--spinning process for proper control of the noil rate. It is equal important to reinforce the maintenance of the carding accessories with higher manufacturing precision for the proper configuration of the wire size and the specifications of the accessories.
