摘　　要：研究证实冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是一种具有慢性炎性病理过程的疾病,其发生发展过程中始终伴随着炎症反应。半乳糖凝集素-3是作为一种炎症因子,参与细胞黏附、增殖及凋亡等过程。近年来研究发现,半乳糖凝集素-3在动脉粥样病变的形成和发展中发挥着重要的作用,参与了动脉粥样硬化的形成、进展过程,是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者重要的生化标志物,并有望成为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病治疗的新靶点。现对半乳糖凝集素-3与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病关系的研究进展作出综述。It has been confirmed that coronary heart disease is a chronic inflammatory pathological process, and its occurrence and de- velopment is always accompanied by inflammatory response. Gaectin-3, as an inflammatory factor, involved in the process of cell adhesion, proliferation and apoptosis. Recent study found that galectin-3 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis le- sions,being an important biochemical marker for coronary heart disease, and is expected to be a new target for coronary heart disease treat- ment. We review the research progress of the galectin-3 and coronary heart disease in this article.
