摘　　要：白介素-37是最近才被命名的白介素-1家族新成员。白介素-37可抑制促炎因子的生成,在炎症性疾病和自身免疫性疾病动物模型中发挥保护性作用。最近的研究发现,白介素-37表达于人类的冠状动脉和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的泡沫细胞,提示白介素-37参与动脉粥样硬化性疾病的发生发展。Interleukin-37 is a novel anti-inflammatory cytokine in the interleukin-1 ligand family. Interleukin-37 can decrease the pro- duction of proinflammatory cytokines and protect mice from inflananatory and autoimmune diseases. More recently, the evidence showed that interleukin-37 was expressed in the foam-like cells of atherosclerotic coronary and carotid artery plaques,suggesting that interleukin-37 is in- volved in atherosclerosis-related diseases.
