摘　　要：该文章就肾素抑制剂和受体阻滞剂阿利吉仑的相关研究进行综述,它具有长半衰期、通过胆汁排泄等药理特性,无论单用或与常用降压药物联用,均有良好的耐受性和降压作用,且具有逆转心室重构、改善心力衰竭、肾脏保护、抗动脉粥样硬化、改善胰岛素抵抗等器官保护作用。The paper introduces the progress of renin inhibitor and pro-renin/renin receptor blocker aliskiren. Aliskiren exhibits a long half-life pharmacology and by bile excretion pharmacokinetics. Aliskiren is a safe and effective antihypertensive agent that can be used as monotherapy or in combination with other agents to provide additional option to improve blood pressure control. Reviewing the new approaches to protect target organ, aliskiren is effective in attenuating myocardial remodeling, improving heart failure, preventing atherosclerosis progres- sion, improving insulin resistance and protecting renal function.
