摘　　要：用鲫鱼成体体细胞核作供体,直接移植到鲤鱼的去核卵内。移植后的卵子能进行分裂和发育.经过连续核移植,在193个移核卵中。获得一尾发育到孵出期的杂种幼鱼,存活224小时.The nucleus obtained from somatic cell of crucian carp (Carassius auratus)were transferred to the egg of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) which the nucleus was remored previously. The operated eggs can normally develop. After the sub-transplantation (the second transplantation), one fry was obtained from 193 operated eggs and suivived to 224 hour's.
