摘  要:目的研究环境暴露因素与着色性干皮病基因D多态性对慢性苯中毒发生危险性的影响。方法以152例慢性苯中毒工人为研究对象,应用单纯病例方法进行分析。结果高接触组慢性苯中毒病人XPDc.312位点Asp/Asn+Asn/Asn基因型的携带率显著高于低接触组(44.7%vs12.2%,ORadj=7.14,95%CI:1.26-40.0,P=0.03);慢性苯中毒病人XPDc.751位点Lys/Gln基因型的携带率在吸烟*低接触组高于非吸烟*低接触组(60%vs12.8%,P〈0.05),但在调整性别、工龄后差异无统计学意义。结论 XPDc.312位点的基因多态与高强度苯接触存在交互作用,影响到慢性苯中毒发生的危险性。Objective To explore the effects of interaction between environmental exposure factors and genetic polymorphism in XPD genes on risk of occupational chronic benzene poisoning.Methods Totally,152 cases of chronic benzene poisoning were recruited and analyzed for the risk by case-only study.Results The frequency of XPDc.312 Asp/Asn+Asn/Asn gene in the benzene poisoning workers with high benzene exposure was higher than that in the cases with low benzene exposure(44.7% vs 12.2%,ORadj=7.14,95%CI:1.26-40.0,P=0.03).The frequency of XPDc.751 Lys/Gln gene in the smoking * low benzene exposure workers was higher than that in the non-smoking * low benzene exposure workers(60% vs 12.8%,P0.05).However,there was no significant difference after being adjusted by gender and working years.Conclusions Potential interaction between the polymorphism of XPDc.312 gene and high benzene exposure may exist,which affects the risk of occupational chronic benzene poisoning.
