长沙市居民全民健康生活方式行动知晓现况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解长沙市居民对全民健康生活方式行动知晓现况及相关因素。方法对长沙市五个城区采取分层随机抽样调查1 002名居民,进行问卷调查。结果 1 002名调查对象分别有49.2%（493/1 002）及32.3%（324/1 002）的比例知晓＂健康一二一＂行动及全民健康行动宣传日。＂健康一二一＂行动知晓率：年龄组以18-60岁年龄组最高,为51.8%;职业以生产运输设备操作人员及有关人员、机关党群企业事业单位负责人、办事人员和有关人员、专业技术人员较高,均在50.0%以上;文化程度以高中/中专/技校及以上文化程度人群较高,均在50.0%以上;全民健康行动宣传日知晓率：年龄组以18-60岁年龄组最高,为34.2%;生产运输设备操作人员及军人较高,均在50.0%以上;文化程度以高中/中专/技校及以上较高,均在30.0%以上。＂健康一二一＂行动及全民健康行动宣传日知晓相关因素为年龄、文化程度及职业。结论长沙市居民对全民健康生活方式行动知晓不够,要对低年龄和高年龄组、文化程度及职业分层较低的人群加强宣传。Objective To investigate the awareness of National Action of Health Life-style（NAHLS） in Changsha residents and to analyze the related factors.Methods Totally,1,002 residents were recruited from five districts of Changsha city by stratified random sampling and were surveyed with questionnaire.Results Among the residents,49.2%（493/1,002） knew the ＂one two one＂ health action,and 32.3%（324/1,002）knew the NAHLS propaganda day.For the awareness rate of ＂one two one＂ health action,the highest rate（51.8%） was in the 18-60 age group.The awareness rates in production and transportation equipment operators,in directors of offices,parties,enterprises and institutions,in clerks and relative staffs,and in professionals were all above 50.0%.The awareness rates in groups with education of senior high school,technical secondary school,technical school and above were all above 50.0%.As to the awareness rate of NAHLS propaganda day,the highest rate（34.2%） was in the 18-60 age group.The awareness rates in production and transportation equipment operators and in soldiers were both above 50.0%.The awareness rates in groups with education of senior high school,technical secondary school,technical school and above were all above 30.0%.The related factors of the awareness of ＂one two one＂ health action and NAHLS propaganda day were age,education and occupation.Conclusions The awareness rate of National Action of Health Life-style in Changsha residents is low.Propagation should be strengthened in population of younger and older age,in population with low education or low occupation stratification.
