深圳市预防接种服务工作评价及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析深圳市社区居民针对预防接种服务的方便性、舒适性和满意度的评价及其影响因素,为制定预防接种门诊规划提供依据。方法按照分层随机抽样的原则在深圳市各区随机抽取32间预防接种门诊,每个门诊随机抽取50名儿童家长,调查他们对预防接种服务的评价,采取SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果 48.5%儿童家长距离接种门诊所需时间都在步行15 min以内,31.8%的儿童家长在门诊等候接种的时间在15 min以内。65.3%的家长认为到预防接种单位方便,48.5%调查儿童家长认为预防接种门诊环境较好,45.2%的家长认为接种流程简单,儿童家长最不满意的接种流程依次为登记、交费和接种,分别占50.8%、37.8%、11.4%。85.7%的儿童家长对预防接种服务表示满意,影响满意度因素是父母的文化程度,文化程度越高,满意度越高。结论深圳社区居民对预防接种满意度评价较高,但政府在加大预防门诊建设力度的同时,应注重门诊环境的改善和接种流程的简化。Objective To analyze the evaluation on convenience,comfort and satisfaction of community residents with vaccination services and the influencing factors in Shenzhen City so as to provide evidence for formulating vaccination clinic planning.Methods Thirty-two vaccination clinics were selected and 50 parents were surveyed in each clinic by stratified random sampling method.The evaluation on vaccination services was investigated and all data were statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.Results Among the surveyed parents,48.5% needed 15 minutes to walk to clinics,31.8% waited for vaccination services within 15 minutes,65.3% thought that it was convenient to go to vaccination clinics,48.5% thought that the environment of vaccination clinics was favorable and 45.2% thought that the vaccination processes were simple.The most unsatisfied vaccination processes among the parents were registration,payment and vaccination,accounted for 50.8%,37.8%,and 11.4%,respectively.85.7% of the parents satisfied with the immunization services,and the factor influencing the satisfaction was the educational level.The higher the educational background,the higher the satisfaction.Conclusions The satisfaction toward immunization services among the community residents in Shenzhen is higher,but the government should focus on improving the environment of the clinics and simplifying the vaccination processes when strengthening the construction of the clinics.
