澄迈县健康人群麻疹和风疹抗体水平调查

摘　　要：目的分析澄迈县健康人群麻疹和风疹抗体水平。方法采用随机抽样方法对澄迈县2011年各年龄段人群进行麻疹和风疹抗体IgG水平检测。结果 1-13岁麻疹和风疹抗体水平最高,麻疹风疹抗体阳性率分别为95.00%和99.50%。〈6月龄婴幼儿抗体水平最低,麻疹和风疹抗体阳性率分别为42.00%和17.00%,与1-13岁年龄段人群抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。中学组风疹抗体阳性率明显低于小学组（P〈0.01）,成人组麻疹和风疹抗体水平阳性率均明显低于小学组（P〈0.01）;新生儿麻疹风疹抗体阳性率分别为70.00%、60.00%,接种组免疫后麻疹风疹抗体阳性率与免疫前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且免疫后麻疹风疹抗体水平均达到形成人群免疫屏障标准。结论澄迈县健康人群中,〈6月龄和〉14岁为易感年龄段,应针对不同年龄段人群分别采用不同措施防止麻疹和风疹的感染。Objective To analyze the antibody levels of measles and rubella among healthy people in Chengmai County.Methods All healthy individuals in Chengmai County were randomly sampled to detect measles and rubella IgG antibody levels.Results The positive rates for the antibodies against measles and rubella in the age group of 1-13 years were the highest,with the positive rates of 95.00% and 99.50%,respectively.Measles and rubella IgG antibody levels of infants aged 6 months were the lowest,and the positive rates were 42.00% and 17.00%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the positive rates for the antibodies against measles and rubella between the age group of 1-13 years and infants aged 6 months（P〈0.01）.The positive rate of rubella IgG antibody in adult group and the positive rates for the antibodies against measles and rubella in middle school group were all significantly lower than those of primary school group（P〈0.01）.The positive rates for the antibodies against measles and rubella in neonates were 70.00% and 60.00%,respectively.There were statisti-cally significant differences in the positive rates for the antibodies against measles and rubella of the vaccinated group between before and after the vaccination（P〈0.01）;moreover,measles and rubella IgG antibody levels reached the standard of immunological barrier after the vaccination.Conclusions People aged 6 months and 14 years are more susceptible in Chengmai County.It is necessary to take various measures to prevent measles and rubella according to different age groups.
