摘　　要：阐述了医用高分子材料表面改性的一种新方法——光化学固定法 ,指出该方法优于其它化学和物理的表面改性方法。简要叙述了光化学固定法的原理和光活性基团的分类 ,并对光化学固定法在医用高分子材料表面改性中的应用和前景作了介绍。The present paper reviews the approach of surface modification of medical polymer materials photochemical immobilization. The approach is dramatically different from any other surface modification process available for medical materials. The topics include the principle of photochemical immobilization, the fundamental classification photoreactive groups and the typical applications of photochemical surface modification.
