图们江区域开发与中俄合作的战略意义

摘　　要：中俄图们江区域合作是历史发展的必然。国家是一个动态发展过程,当今世界和平、合作、包容互鉴、互利共赢是发展总趋势。中俄有合作的共同政治文化基础,文化血脉相通,合作心心相印;图们江区域中俄合作是东北亚"和平之锚",具有重大深远的战略意义。Sino-Russian cooperation in Tumen River Region is a historical inevitability. Country formation is a dynamic process. Peace, cooperation, tolerance, mutual benefit and win-win goal are the general trends in today＇s world. As the political and cultural backgrounds are interrelated, the shared cooperation between China and Russia is ＂the peaceful anchor＂ and of great strategic significance.
