中美关系正常化与两国对朝鲜半岛政策的调整

摘　　要：从20世纪60年代中期开始,美苏力量对比关系发生变化,开始进入"苏攻美守"时期。中苏关系恶化和美苏力量对比关系改变,促使中美两国实现了关系正常化,国际局势随之进入了缓和时期。在国际局势缓和的背景下,朝鲜半岛南北关系出现了松动,中国和美国也相应地调整了各自的朝鲜半岛政策。美韩关系出现波动,美朝两国开始接触。改革开放以后,中国开始与韩国接触并最终建立了外交关系。中韩建交对中朝关系带来了冲击。逐本溯源,中美关系正常化是两国对朝鲜半岛政策进行调整的基本前提和必要条件之一。Power confrontation between U. S and USSR has changed into a period of ＂offensive USSR and defensive U. S ＂ since 1960＇ s. The deterioration of Sino-USSR relations and the change of the power con- frontation forwarded the nornalization of Sino-U. S relations, and then eased up the international situa- tions. Under such background, the relations between the North and the South on Korean Peninsular be- came less tense so that China and U. S adjusted their policies toward Korean Peninsular accordingly. How- ever, the relations between U. S and South Korea fluctuated, and U. S and North Korea began to contact with each other. The establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea after China＇s reforms and opening up made a difference in the relations between China and North Korea. The normalizai- ton of Sino-U. S relations is the priority and necessary condition of the policy adjustment of the two coun- tries toward Korean Peninsular.
