摘 要:为了提高LED驱动电源的可靠性和功率因数,降低LED驱动电源成本,采用了集成PWM、PFC、原边反馈(PSR)控制的单芯片技术;分析了其工作原理,并对核心电路进行优化设计来提升产品可靠性和效率,降低成本。实验结果表明,优化后的电源功率因数大于0.95,总谐波小于20%,效率达85%以上,成本比次级反馈方案明显降低,产品可靠性得到有效提升。此设计外围电路简单、功率因数高、可靠性高、成本低,有利于推广。In order to improve reliability of LED drive power and power factor,reduce the cost of LED drive power, the single IC technology that integrated PWM,PFC and PSR controller is put into use; this paper analyzed its working principle and optimized the design of the key circuit to improve the reliability and efficiency of the power supply and reduce the cost. The experiment results showed that the PF〉0. 95 ,THD〈20%, and η〉85%, so it is cheaper and more reliable than the secondary-stage feedback circuit. The circuit is simplified, with high PF, high reliability, and low cost, and is easily to apply.
