溃结灵胶囊治疗豚鼠溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究

摘　　要：观察不同剂量溃结灵胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎豚鼠模型 ,阐述溃结灵胶囊的治疗机理。方法　取 3～ 4周龄健康豚鼠 ,腹腔戊巴比妥麻醉 ,插管洗肠后注入 7%冰乙酸造模。分为正常对照组、造模组、阳性对照组、溃结灵高剂量组和溃结灵低剂量组。服药 7d。称体重 ,肉眼和组织切片观察结肠溃疡面溃疡数、结肠水肿面积及测定血清中 IL- 2水平。结果　豚鼠造模后血清IL - 2水平下降 ,体重减轻 ,结肠壁溃疡形成。用溃结灵灌服后上述指标明显恢复。结论　溃结灵胶囊能提高溃疡性结肠炎豚鼠模型血清 IL- 2水平 ,增加体重 ,修复和缩小结肠粘膜溃疡。Objective This study is to observe the effect of different dosages of Kui jie ling capsule on treatment model of guinea pig with ulcerative colitis to investigate the capsule′s mechanism of action.Methods Guinea pigs, 3~4 weeks old, were anesthetized by phenobarbital via abdomen and given Glacial acetic acid(7%) intra anally so as to be replicated the guinea pig model of ulcerative colitis.Five groups were group A (control),group B(The group given distilled water);group C(The group given Bupi Yichang wan);group D(The group given higher dosage of Kui jie ling capsule);group E(the group given lower dosage of Kui jie ling capsule).After being treated for 7d,the body weight was measured ,the number and size of colonic ulcer and edema was observed with the naked eye and through tissue sections.Next ,serum IL 2 level was measured.Results The guinea pig model of ulcerative colitis showed lowered level of serum IL 2 ,body weights decreases and colon ulcer formated.The new medicine Kui jie ling capsules perfused to guinea pigs improved these indexes significantly.Conclusion Kui jie ling capsule can promote serum IL 2 concentration and maintain their body weights and decrease the size of colonic ulcer and edema.
